Beans on Toast [56k gets toasted] by shep Visit Thread

With all these complicated meals being prepared lately I figured I'd share one of my favourite meals with you guys.

First up, we need some Baked Beans! I only have Sainsbury's brand but that's fine. Heinz Baked Beans are my favourite beans.

I chose Hovis Extra Thick bread to make my toast, it's pretty neat.

Pick a pan from your cupboard and place it on the hob! You should probably set it to a medium heat but I hit mine up full because I was hungry.

Empty the beans into the pan!

Now might be a good time to put your bread in the toaster!

Keep stirring the beans as they heat up, careful not to let them boil!

I chose a nice big plate for this as I had two pieces of toast, it's up to you which plate you eat off!

Layout your toast on the plate, I chose not to butter it but that's just my preference. Sometimes a sprinkling of cheese at this stage is a nice idea.

Carefully cover the toast in your freshly cooked beans!

Looks lovely, but it's missing something!

Grated Cheese!!

Fit for a king!

I really enjoyed this meal. It's simple to make and very satisfying! Try it out for yourself!
