Spicy Ranch Turkey Green Pepper Pita Pocket [56K eats PB&J] by meteorite Visit Thread

Spicy Ranch Turkey Green Pepper Pita Pocket

This is a really great healthy little meal. It only takes 5-7 minutes to throw together, so it's perfect for college goons.

Ingredients

Step One

Cut your pita bread in half. Use a knife to make a pocket on one half. Set the other half aside for another day unless you are making two sammiches

Step Two
Spread the spicy ranch on the inside of the pita pocket. DON'T USE TOO MUCH!

Step Three

Cut the green bell pepper into quarters. Set 3/4 aside. Cut the remaining quarter into thin strips.

Step Four
Place your slice of swiss cheese inside the pita pocket. Carefully stuff it with the turkey and the green pepper slices.

Step Five

Place on a plate with the Minneola tangelo. Pour yourself a glass of ice water.

Step Six

Enjoy!
