BBQ Rat with Lime Jalepeno Sauce by MonkeyPirate Visit Thread
Today I will teach you how to cook barbecued rat.

Here are the ingredients you will need (per person):
1-2 rats
1 tbsp lime juice
1 jalepeno pepper
1 green onion
salt
pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil.

First, catch yourself some nice fresh rats. Don't use chemicals! Catch them the old fashion way, with a trap:

Use a blowtorch to burn the hair off the rats. Hair is not good!

Set the hairless rats aside...

...and wash them thoroughly with clean water with 1 tsp bleach per quart of water. Rinse with clear water.

Butcher the meat into whatever cuts you prefer. Discard the entrails and other bits you don't want.

Coat the meat with the oil, and salt and pepper. Cook over an open flame or put on a grill.

Here's some of the leftover bits that aren't being used.

Mince the jalepeno and mix together with the lime juice and diced green onions. Baste the meat as it cooks, and sprinkle some over it when it is done.

Look at that delicious golden brown crispy skin!

Delicious!

Truly a food of the gods.
