Today were making Lamb curry; yum yum!
You will need the following ingredients:
-Ground Ginger
-Ground Cumin
-Some form of chipotle sauce (I used master's choice Chopotle BBQ, but chopotle Tabasco would work too)
-Cayenne pepper
-Coriander seeds
-Chopped garlic
-1 large onion
-Turmeric
-Olive oil
-2lbs cubed lamb (not shown)

You will need the following materials:
-Stove
-1 pot, with lid
-a wand type blender/mixer
-a grinder
-spoons for stirring
-Time: ~1.25 hours
So ready? Lets start!
Take your onion and chop it finely, or not so finely, it doesn't really matter, just chop it to make it heat evenly:

Now that your onion is good and chopped, take your pot, and put it on the stove, give a good coating of oil to the bottom and heat, once it's nice and hot add the onion. Sautee the onion until it begins to become translucent, approximately 15 minutes, then add 4 heaping baby food spoons full of chopped garlic.

Then add the ginger, cumin, and turmeric until a good sprinkling has been built up, and top off with a light dusting of cayenne pepper to taste.

Now grind up the coriander:

and add it to the concoction.
Stir the resulting mixture briskly for another 5 minutes, don't let anything burn.

Add about 300ml of water, and get your blending wand ready- because your going to blend it until it's a fine paste.

Now take your chopotle sauce of choice.

and add it to the mixture, blending it again.

The resulting mixture must be turned back on low for about 15-20 minutes, after that time add your lamb

Cook until the lamb is done, then cook for 10 minutes more; it will soften up the lamb a bit to do so, you might want to serve this with some basmati rice, just follow the directions on the rice to make that up; nothing special there- when your done, it should look something like this:

Enjoy!
