heh, you can all thank my girlfriend for this delectable heart-stopper. It's really easy to make, and who doesn't like a grilled cheese?
(Ingredients are mainly based on preference- This batch made 6 sandwiches)

French Bread- get slices from the middle.
Butter- can you feel those arteries clogging yet?
Around 1/3 cup fresh cilantro- you can also use oregano, or both.
Cheese- I'll be using sharp cheddar and muenster.
Any deli-sliced sandwich meats- just lean ham for me.
Directions:
1) Pull the cliantro leaves from the stems and give them a good chopping. Melt a heaping spoonful of butter in a small pan ON LOW (VERY IMPORTANT)

2) With the butter melted, drop in the cilantro and give it a good mix-up.

3) Coat one side of the bread, spoon on a bit of that cilantro, and throw that into the pan, butter side down, obviously. Layer the cheese, the harder (Cheddar, in this case) first so it melts quicker.

4) Take out some of whatever sandwich meat you were gonna use, and throw that into the pan, NOT onto the sandwich. This'll sear it a little, giving it some heat and removing some of the packed water that would mush everything up. THEN, throw it onto the sandwich, accompanied with more cheese, if you wish. (Yeah, I know I did that part a step early)

5) Get another slice of bread buttered up, cilantroed up, and top that off on the sandwich-y goodness. By now, that first slice is nice and done, so carefully give the sandwich a flip.

6) Give it a few minutes, then get that sucker on a plate. Grab a drink, say a little prayer for your arteries, and dig in.

Enjoy!
Edit- LESS CILANTRO, oops! And are you happy now, Kiwi?
