Gourmet Tuna Sammiches (56K - Maybe) by JoeCitizen Visit Thread
First choose the biggest sharpest knife you have. I chose a Forschner 12 inch Chef's Knife.

Gather all your ingredients:

2 Large Cans of Tuna in Water
2 Braeburn or Gala Apples
3 Stalks of Celery
1 Small Red Onion
1 Cup Golden Seedless Raisins
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/2 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish
1/2 Cup Crackers (I used Ritz Chips)

Wash and chop apples and celery coarsely, mince onion. If your apples start turning brown, you cut too slow.

Mix together in bowl with raisins.

Open and strain liquid out of tuna - I used a tuna press gizmo to get rid of all the liquid.

(Save juice for cat).

Stir *loosely* with other ingredients in bowl.

Add mayo and relish to taste.

Take crackers and crumble into tuna. You can do this by putting them in a zip loc bag and smashing them or use a food processor like I did.

Stir again.

Serve with pita bread, crackers or my favorite: dark rye. Add sunflower seeds or sprouts if you are brave. Enjoy!

Bonus shot of garden peppers I pickled last week. The orange ones are Scotch Bonnets, the others are a mixture of Thai Peppers, Fresnos and Jalapenos.

This is my first food tutorial, so go easy on my cherry. Sorry for the quality of the pics...
